Ground Rice is used to make ´Idli´ around, fluffy South Indian bread made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented lentils and rice. TRS Ground Rice can be used for Sweet or Savoury dishes, especially in Indian cooking for making Idlis, Dosas or Rice Pudding and Sweets
